Version: 2026-10-13-v3
Effective date: 13 October 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between TebetLabs, located at No.6 Blok Ac 6, Jl. Raya Pd. Ungu Permai, Kaliabang Tengah, Kec. Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi ("Operator"), and the person or business registering for or using a personal shopper account ("you"). "Service" means the Jastip by TebetLabs website, web application, workspace, public catalogs, paid features, and support. These Terms govern personal shopper accounts and use of the Jastip by TebetLabs service. A customer may view a public catalog without creating an account or accepting these Terms just to browse it; customer transactions take place directly with the personal shopper, without limiting the customer's rights under law.
By checking the consent box during registration or before purchasing Premium, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise an adult with legal capacity under applicable law.
2. Jastip by TebetLabs Service
The Jastip by TebetLabs service provides software to help personal shoppers manage their profile, customers, products, sourcing trips, catalogs, orders, quotes, recorded payments, stock, procurement, and operating finance information. Available features depend on the plan and the descriptions shown on the website.
A public catalog displays information you choose to publish. Catalog prices are indicative. WhatsApp buttons and links send an inquiry to you; the catalog does not place an order, reserve stock, guarantee availability, accept customer payment, or by itself create an order or final quote. You and the customer agree directly on the order, final price, fees, timing, payment, cancellation, refund, and handoff.
Operator provides software and does not act as the seller, personal shopper, importer, delivery service, escrow provider, or your representative in transactions with customers. Operator does not hold or transfer funds for transactions between you and your customers. Premium payments to Operator are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Email verification only confirms access to that email address. It does not by itself verify your identity, business permit, reputation, or transaction safety. Operator will describe any checks and their scope separately before describing a profile as verified.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your email accessible, complete required verification, and update changed information. You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, and account sessions, and for activity through your account. Do not share your account or give access to an unauthorized person.
Contact the support email in the Contact section promptly if you know or suspect that someone accessed your account without authorization. Operator may request reasonable verification before changing access or providing account information.
4. License and prohibited use
While you comply with these Terms, Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own business activity. Operator and its licensors retain rights in Jastip by TebetLabs software, marks, designs, and materials.
You may not use the Service to violate law or another person's rights; commit fraud, accept payment intending not to fulfill an order, publish false offers, send spam, intimidate, or impersonate; upload malware; interfere with Service security or availability; attempt to access another person's account or data; reverse engineer the Service except where law permits; or list prohibited or restricted content or goods without required approval. You are responsible for checking product restrictions, customs, imports, safety, and other rules applicable to your activities.
5. Your data and content
You retain rights in data, photos, product names, catalogs, notes, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Operator a non-exclusive license, for as long as necessary, to store, copy, process, display, and transmit Your Content as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and comply with law.
When you enable a public catalog, you instruct Operator to display the shopper profile, WhatsApp number, sourcing-trip description, shelves, products, indicative prices, and photos you select for publication. You can change or close publication using available features. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for Your Content, including photos, marks, and third-party materials.
You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and your offers and communications with customers, as well as how you use customer data. You must have a lawful basis for processing, provide required privacy notices, limit data to what is necessary, keep it accurate, and fulfill customer data-rights requests. Do not submit passwords, full payment data, unnecessary sensitive data, or another person's personal data without authority.
6. Personal data protection
Operator's processing of personal data is further described in the Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
For customer records you store in the workspace, you determine the purposes and means of processing customer data. To the extent Operator processes that data on your instructions to provide the Service, Operator acts as a processor under applicable personal-data protection law. Those instructions cover storing and managing records, making them available to you as the authorized shopper, Service backups and recovery, security, support, compliance with legal obligations, and deletion or return under a valid request and the Privacy Policy. Operator may act as a separate controller for account, security, support, abuse prevention, and Premium billing data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not replace any notice or consent you are required to provide to customers, and do not limit data-subject rights under law.
7. Plans, fees, and Premium payments
The Free plan and Premium features are described on the plan page. The price, currency, applicable taxes or other fees, access period, and payment terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase. If details differ, the checkout information for that transaction applies.
Premium is currently a one-time payment for 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically, and Operator will not charge you again without a new purchase action. Access starts after Operator receives and validates payment confirmation from the payment provider, not merely when you return from the payment page. If payment status and access do not match, contact the support email in the Contact section with the transaction number.
Premium payments are redirected to a third-party payment provider, currently Duitku. The provider's terms also apply to its payment processing. Operator will not ask you to send a bank password, PIN, or OTP through Jastip by TebetLabs support.
When Premium expires, Premium access ends and the account becomes subject to Free-plan limits. There is no automatic renewal charge. You can contact the support email in the Contact section to report a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, confirmed payment without access, or another billing problem. Include the transaction number and relevant evidence, but do not include a PIN, one-time password, or payment credentials. Operator acknowledges receipt within five business days, reviews the evidence with the payment provider, and provides an update if the review is not complete. Operator will correct access or issue a refund when a transaction cannot be fulfilled, there was a duplicate payment or billing error, law requires it, or a refund is approved after review. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
Operator may change prices or features for future purchases by giving notice on the plan page. A change will not alter the price of a completed purchase.
8. Information, calculations, and your transactions
The workspace provides record-keeping and calculations based on the information you enter. Cost, exchange rate, price, margin, available stock, source availability, estimates, schedules, and statuses are operating aids; their results depend on your inputs and do not replace your review or decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the quote, landed cost, fees, applicable taxes and duties, availability, import limits, payment, procurement, and handoff before agreeing to an order.
You are responsible for legal obligations in your personal-shopping business, including customer information, product and import legality, consumer rights, taxes, cancellations, refunds, dispute handling, and order fulfillment. These Terms do not remove Operator's responsibilities that apply to Operator by law or arise from the Service.
9. Service availability and changes
Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service working and protect data. The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, security incidents, or events outside Operator's reasonable control. Where practical, Operator will notify you of planned maintenance.
Operator may improve or change the Service. If a change materially affects an active paid service, Operator will give advance notice where circumstances allow. Operator may temporarily restrict or immediately disable access if needed to comply with law, respond to a security incident, protect users, or stop a breach of these Terms. Where circumstances allow, Operator will provide the reason and a way to request review.
10. Fraud reports and handling
You or anyone who finds suspected fraud, impersonation, false offers, or misuse of a Jastip by TebetLabs catalog may report it through the abuse-reporting email in the Contact section. Include the catalog link, related profile or contact number, date, a short description, and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, or full payment data. Operator may request additional information through a secure channel.
Operator will review reports and, based on risk and available information, may hide a catalog or content, restrict or suspend an account, request clarification from the shopper, terminate access, preserve relevant evidence, or respond to a lawful authority request. A report does not automatically prove a breach; Operator may seek information from the parties involved where safe and lawful. Operator does not take over billing or order disputes between a shopper and customer and cannot guarantee a refund for money paid directly to a shopper. These Terms do not limit Operator's duties for its own system or anyone's rights under law.
If you paid a shopper directly and suspect fraud, promptly contact the bank or payment provider you used. You may also report a financial-transaction scam to the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC) and file a police report. Reporting does not guarantee recovery of funds; IASC advises victims to report promptly and preserve payment and conversation records.
Operator acknowledges receipt within five business days through the email address used for the report. Operator reviews reports based on risk and available information, may request additional information, and provides updates if review is not complete. A restriction decision may be submitted for review through the same reporting channel with relevant new information. Operator limits access to report evidence and retains it only as long as needed for the review, security, or legal obligations.
11. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using the Service and request account closure through the support email in the Contact section. Operator may suspend or terminate an account if you materially breach these Terms, account use creates a security or legal risk, or an authority requires it. Operator will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy a breach where reasonable and lawful.
Closing an account does not cancel obligations that arose before closure. After verifying the request and the requester's authority, Operator acknowledges receipt within five business days and aims to complete closure and deletion within 30 calendar days, unless data must be retained for legal obligations, security, or a dispute. If completion takes longer, Operator explains the reason and expected follow-up time. Backups are deleted under the backup system's retention cycle. Before requesting closure, you are responsible for exporting or saving business records you still need.
12. Third-party services
The Service may connect to websites, payment providers, storage, email, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Operator does not control third-party availability or policies, but this clause does not limit Operator's responsibility for Service elements under its control.
13. Responsibility
Each party is responsible under applicable law for loss caused by its breach or negligence. To the extent permitted by law, Operator is not responsible for sale agreements, products, payments, or fulfillment that you arrange directly with a customer, except for loss caused by Operator's conduct or failure for which Operator is responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot be excluded under law, including consumer rights and data-subject rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
Operator may update these Terms to reflect Service, security, or legal changes. Operator will display the new version and effective date and give reasonable notice before material changes take effect. If a change requires express consent, Operator will request that consent before applying it to your account. If you do not agree to an applicable change, you may stop using the Service and request account closure. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed transactions or remove rights already accrued.
15. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by contacting the support email in the Contact section. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to a competent institution or court under Indonesian law. These Terms do not limit consumer rights to use dispute-resolution mechanisms available under law.
16. General terms and contact
If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and plan/checkout terms shown form the agreement for use of the Service. If the Indonesian and translated versions differ, the Indonesian version controls.
